The founding partner of the firm, CA Gaurav Goenka has been a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 2003. He completed his graduation in Bachelor of Commerce from Calcutta University, Kolkata in 2001. He has completed the ICAI certificate courses in MSME and BRSR and is also an Information System Auditor (ICAI).

He has also been a Member of the Institute of Social Auditors of India since June 2023. He comes with experience of handling different audits of corporates & non-corporates, banks and SMEs, and has also been representing clients before the judicial authorities.

CA Pravin Kumar Sirohia has been a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 2002. He completed his graduation in Bachelor of Commerce from Calcutta University, Kolkata in 1997.

He is the President of the “Terapanth Professional Forum, Kolkata South” (a body comprising professionally qualified individuals of the Terapanth Samaj, having more than 10,000 members). He comes with experience of handling different audits and accounts of projects, corporates & non-corporates and banks, and has also been representing clients before the judicial authorities.
