For supplies that straddle the rate change of 22 September 2025: if any two of the invoice, supply and payment dates fall before the change, the old rate applies; otherwise the new rate applies.

Date of receipt of payment: the date of credit in the books of account or in the bank, whichever is earlier. Date of supply for services: the date of invoice or of payment, whichever is earlier.
