66. Maintenance of records by carrier of goods.
Every carrier of goods or his agent , shall maintain true account of goods transported, delivered or received for transport containing the particulars like name, address, registration number of consignor or consignee, value and description of the goods. Such record shall be preserved by him for a period of six years.
