Presiding officer and other officers to be public servants.

¹[18A. The Presiding Officer of a Tribunal its officers and other employees the authorities referred to in section 7A and every Inspector shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of Indian Penal Code (45 of 1860).]
