23 Duties of Director General and the Financial Commissioner

Duties of Director General and the Financial Commissioner.

23. The ¹[director general and the financial commissioner] shall exercise such powers and discharge such duties as may be prescribed. They shall also perform such other functions as may be specified in the regulations.
