Manner of obtaining copy of certain orders by dealer on application.

If a copy of an order passed under any of the provisions of the Act or rules made thereunder including an additional copy of those referred to in rule 71 is required by a dealer, casual dealer, transporter, carrier or transporting agent, owner or lessee or occupier of a warehouse, person or owner of goods, a copy of such order shall, on application, be obtained from the appropriate authority who passes such order.
