Power of State Government to engage any person, firm or company to collect certain information.

The State Government may, for the purpose of collection of information regarding existence of warehouse of dealers, or transporter, carrier or transporting agent, where goods are stored by them and the nature, quantity or value of such goods stored in such warehouse, engage the services of any person, firm or company to perform such work on such terms and conditions, as may be prescribed.
