24. Application for leave to commence or continue suit or proceeding.-

An application under sub-section (1) of section 279 for leave of theTribunal to commenceor continue anysuit or other legal proceeding byor against the companyshall bemadein FormWIN 15 upon noticeto theCompanyLiquidator and theparties to thesuit or proceeding sought to becommenced or continued.
