The authority to attendbefore any Sales Tax authority inconnectionwith any proceedingunderthe Act shall beinForm 708forthe personwho isrelativeorapersonregularlyemployedand inForm709for LegalPractitioner,CharteredAccountant,CostAccountant orasthe case may be Sales TaxPractitionerentitledtoappearbefore aSales Tax Authority.
