39. Notices for the purposes of sub-section (10) of section 29.
(1) Notice for the purpose of sub-section (10) of section 29 shall be in Form 412.
(2) Where an order of forfeiture is made, the Commissioner shall as soon as may be practicable, publish a notice in Form 420 in the Official Gazette for the information of the persons
concerned
