51. Officers and other employees of Appellate Tribunal.
(1) The appropriate Government shall provide the Appellate Tribunal with suchofficers and employees as it may deem fit.
(2) The officers and employees of the Appellate Tribunal shall discharge their functionsunder the general superintendence of its Chairperson.
(3) The salary and allowances payable to, and the other terms and conditions ofservice of, the officers and employees of the Appellate Tribunal shall be such as may be prescribed.
