25. Administrative powers of Chairperson.

The Chairperson shall have powers of general superintendence and directions inthe conduct of the affairs of Authority and he shall, in addition to presiding over the meetingsof the Authority, exercise and discharge such administrative powers and functions of theAuthority as may be prescribed.
