1[Procedure in case of notice under sub-section (2) of section 6]
2[30. Where any person or enterprises has given a notice under sub-section (2) of section 6, the Commission shall examine such notice and form its prima facie opinion as provided in sub-section (1) of section 29 and proceed as per provisions contained in that section.]
