69A. Penalty for contravention of section 60, 61, 62 or 63
Ifanystatement,intimationornoticeundersections60,61,62or63inrespectof anyregisteredfirmisnotsentorgiventotheRegistrar,withintheperiodspecifiedin thatsection,theRegistrarmay,aftergivingnoticetothepartnersofthefirmand aftergivingthemareasonableopportunityofbeingheard,refusetomakethe suitableamendmentsintherecordsrelatingtothefirm,untilthepartnersofthefirm paysuchpenalty,notexceedingtenrupeesperday,astheRegistrarmaydetermine inrespectoftheperiodbetweenthedateofexpiryoftheperiodspecifiedinsections 60,61,62orasthecasemaybe,63andthedateofmakingtheamendmentsinthe entriesrelatingtothefirm.
