300. Inspection of file.
(1) Every duly authorized officer of the Central Government and save as otherwise provided by the rules, every person who has been a partner or creditor of a LLP which is being wound up, shall be entitled, on payment of charges specified in Annexure, at all reasonable times to inspect the file of proceeding of the liquidation and to take copies of extracts from any document therein, and, on payment of prescribed charges, to be furnished with such copies or extracts.
(2) Save as otherwise provided in the rules, every partner and every creditor whose claim proof has been admitted, shall be entitled, on payment of the specified charges, at all reasonable time to inspect the file of proceedings and to be furnished with copies and extracts from any document therein.
