196. Proxies to be lodged.
A proxy shall be lodged not later than forty-eight hours before the meeting at which it is to be used, with the Liquidator in a winding-up by the Tribunal and with the LLP liquidator in voluntary winding up, or if there is no LLP liquidator, with the person named in the notice convening the meeting to receive the same, in a voluntary winding-up.
