New Delhi, the 31st March, 2014
G.S.R. 254(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 454 readwith section 469 of the Companies Act, 2013, the Central Governmenthereby makes the following rules, namely:-
1 Short Title and Commencement
(1) These rules may be calledthe Companies (Adjudication of Penalties) Rules, 2014.
(2) They shall come into force on the 1st day of April, 2014.
