G.S.R. 258(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) ofsection 406 read with sub-sections (1) and (2) of 469 of the Companies Act,2013, the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely:-

1 Short Title and Commencement

(1) These Rules may be calledNidhi Rules, 2014.

(2) They shall come into force on the 1^st day of April, 2014.
