9. Tax by unregistered dealer or importer other than dealer
The tax payable under this act by an unregistered dealer or an importer shall be deposited into appropriate government treasury for each occasion of entry of specified goods into local area for consumption or use or sale therein in terms of the provision of section 10 of the act.
