14. Preservation of books of accounts
Every importer who is liable to maintain the books of accounts as per rule 13 shall preserve all the books of accounts, resisters and other documents including bills, invoices, vouchers, agreements and other documents, relating to the entry of specified goods into the local area effected by him during any year, for a period of five years from the expiry of the said year.
