4. Cancellation of certificate of registration
(1) If any dealer desires to apply under sub-section (3) of section 4 for the cancellation of his registration, he may submit, an application in Form ‘3’ to the assessing authority, together with the certificate of registration and all the copies thereof, if any, granted to him; and such application shall be dealt with in accordance with the provisions of the said sub-section (3).
