G.S.R.103: - In exercise of the powers conferred by section 99 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Rajasthan Act No. 4 of 2003), the State Government hereby makes the following rules, namely: -
THE RAJASTHAN VALUE ADDED TAX RULES, 2006
CHAPTER I
PRELIMINARY
1. Short title and commencement.
(1) These rules may be called the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Rules, 2006.
(2) They shall come into force with effect from 01.4.2006.
