Rule 179
Penalties.-Whoever commits a breach of any of the Rules 11, 14, 15,16, 26, 27, 28,29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 157, 159, 160,171 and 172shall on conviction by a Judicial Magistrate of First Class be punishable with a fine of not less than two thousand rupees but not exceeding five thousand rupees, and where the breach continues, a further fine not exceeding one hundred rupees per day.
