Rule 141
Where a return is not accompanied by proof of full payment of the tax in accordance with rule 52, the jurisdictional Local VAT officer or VAT sub-officer shall issue a demand notice in Form VAT 210 requiring payment of the outstanding tax due, together with interest payable under section 36.
