Fee. section 60.
The
following fee shall be payable in court fee stamps, namely –
(i)
on a memorandum of first appealone hundred rupees
(ii)
on an application for obtaining copies of ten rupee
record
(iii)
on any other application or petition fortwenty five rupees
relief
to any authority other than Tribunal
under
the Act or these rules
(iv)
on a memorandum of appeal or anfive hundred rupees
application
for review to the Tribunal
(v)
on any other application includingten rupee
application
for adjournment
